As I remember that was some kind of collaboration between Leupold and Steiner. Steiner scopes have been kinda all over the board they were completely out of the scope market for a long time.
I think they were about $800 new. I'd say $500. Probably a good scope for the money but I wouldn't overpay for it.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.
