From what I've seen, most clubs in AL try to stay around 100 acres per member. I know a ton that aren't even close to that number and are around 50-75 acres per member. Personally, I wont look at a club that has less than 200 acres per member but that is just me. To me, 5 guys on 1500 acres would be good. Dues in that case, including utilities, should be around $4000-$4500 each assuming year round use of the camphouse.
