I start shooting late July, check my equipment and all pin settings then I shoot 5 arrow groups at 30, 40, then 50 every other day. Then two weeks before season I'll shoot all pins again with broad heads and recheck zero. I rarely practice inside 30, the way I look at if I can shoot tight groups at 30 plus inside 30 will be boring. Works for me.

Shooting daily and have extended out to longer
Distance and treat each shot like it's the only shot.
The more I practice the more natural that first shot
Is and accuracy has increased

Definitely quality over quantity when it comes to shooting.
I probably shoot 10-12 times 3-4 times a week just before season.
Keep shooting once season opens to stay in form.
I carry a "squirrel" arrow with me hunting in case the deer hunting gets slow.

I only shoot trad bows anymore, and not too much of that since I hurt my shoulder about 5 years ago. When I was doing serious competition,I would shoot 100 arrows every day.

I plan on shooting as much as I can in the coming months. I want to make sure that, if I don't get a deer with my bow this year, it has nothing to do with my shooting.

20 minutes once a week during summer. Just enough to not lose my anchor point & not get rusty with my release pressure. 10-15 yards in my backyard just to remember the right stroke and anchor point. Don't want to piss the neighbors off in the city. Never found that I was missing. 3 weeks before season I'll shoot every other day for about 20-30 minutes max. More important I'll get in the stand & shoot at a target up at my hunting property wearing my hunting clothes 3-4 days before season to avoid putting the pin too low or high from an elevated position. Besides my Matthews is keeblerized so I ain't going to miss! grin
