It has some light surface marks that I would like to take off. What is the best way to do this with satin stainless?

Hmmmm maybe Doc will come along and can answer that question. I have used it on my sako finnlight, and it's looks like a satin finish.

Sako Finnlight?!?! You suck! laugh grin I've drooled on several, but have a Remington budget.

Sig Sauer, to hell and back reliable.

Whatever suits you just tickles me plum to death.

Can I refill your eggnog for you? Get you something to eat? Drive you out to the middle of nowhere and leave you for dead?

Only way I know of to fix a marked up satin stainless is to re-bead blast it. I have heard of folks using a fine grit sandpaper and laying it over the are to be repaired and then instead of rubbing it, lightly tap on the paper with a block of wood or a plastic mallet. I have tried that method, but I wasn't happy with the results. Maybe I just gave up too fast, but having a bead blast cabinet, it was always quicker and easier for me to just redo the whole gun.

There are two types of gun enthusiasts ... Those who have been F#CKED by PTG and those who will be!
