The Fiskars brush axe made quick work of branches and two tree tops in the road today. This is an awesome tool. Just remember to cut everything at an angle. I would say the only down side is it doesn't cut the real small stuff very good. I saw the woodsman's pal recently and was wondering if anyone has used one? It has more of a hook on the end that could be used to hook and pull some of the smaller stuff. The woodsman's pal is almost four times the cost of the brush axe. Is it really worth it?

Before deciding, you ought to check YouTube about the Woodsman's Pal. It is more tool than the Fiskars. Then figure out if you would use those features. I have one, but rarely use it. More often, I carry a brush axe.

I have 2 different size bush axes. The small one is my favorite.
