2 eggs, beat well.
add 3/4 cups sugar, beat well.
add 2 cups cream and 1 cup milk, beat well.

Add vanilla bean, etc. as you like. Put in your ice cream maker and don't look back.

If you are doing fruit, chocolate, wait until it is almost frozen to add.

Makes about 2 quarts. You don't need much more than that unless you have your diabetes doctor on speed dial. Its rich stuff.

We always make chocolate with 1/2 gallon of chocolate milk,one tub of cool whip and one can of sweetened condensed milk,very easy and good too

I always mix to taste on sugar but I use a lot in a gallon,probably 4 cups. I use all condensed milk with maybe 2 cups of heavy cream. I add about 7 egg yolks,just the yolks.About a table spoon of real vanilla extract.

My grandmother made the best coffee flavored homemade ice cream. Pretty sure she took regular old fashioned vanilla recipe and just added instant coffee. That was some count.
