I prefer a good cut of baby back ribs. I like my ribs a little leaner But still has good fat content and more meaty of a bite. Babyback ribs will cook tab bit quicker.

Can't really go wrong with either if you get a good rub on em and cook em low and slow!

I assume by St. Louis you mean spare rib vs a baby back rib? If so I prefer a spare rib when I'm smoking my own.

They both taste like pig ribs.

You and everyone else who overlooks ribs. I have never understood the fall off the bone BBQ infatuation. If you cook any meat long enough it will fall off the bone.

Let's not start with that chit already. It's a personal preference. I don't want to have to fight the damn bone for the meat, and I prefer mine pretty much fall off the bone tender. Chewy meat doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.
