Did you make the dough from scratch? Those are the best. But for a quick eat that's also good, I'll take a frozen DiGiornos pizza and add some fresh toppings like onions, peppers, and mushrooms and cook it on the BGE. It's hard to beat for about $7 when the wife is out of town or I just want something easy to cook.

I have been using the premade dough from Publix. They are fairly easy to cook, but fairly easy to burn as well...

That was a premade dough from Wal-Marks. I have used the dough from Publix. I like it too. I've never made homemade dough. I'd like to try.

I make my own dough. Not a whole lot to it, other than it really needs to be done the day before. And, you really need the right kind of flour. I use Caputo 00 bread/pizza flour. Fresh mozzarella instead of pre-packaged shredded mozz is a must, as well. Also make my own sauce, using Cento San Marzano tomatoes, minced garlic, and a few other ingredients.

Have you tried Google?

You are right about that. Heard it several times on the Food Network from the big timers. If and when I get a ceramic cooker, I gotta try try it.
