I've dealt with QAP once and they were great. I bought a used QAP off of Archery Talk for a friend's nephew. Because of the way it was packaged, the containment bar was broken when I received it. I emailed them and explained exactly what had happened and asked about ordering and paying for a replacement. They replied back within a couple of hours and wanted my address. They sent a replacement free of charge and I had it within a couple of days.
HHA is excellent to deal with as well. I haven't had to contact them about an issue, but I know several people that have.
