A week ago Sunday, I had a pin on my lock and load classic press seize up and break. I went to their website and filled out the contact us info explaining what broke. Tuesday morning they emailed me asking me to call them. After explaining what happened, the tech told me I couldn't get just a new pin because they are pressed into the assembly so it won't walk out during use. Instead, he said he would send a new ram and toggle assembly and should expect it in about a week. Well today UPS delivered it. Just like they said, no charge, no hassle. Got to love a company that stands behind their products. Sounds like it will be Father's Day at the range.
