Great article. I remember that I was working the morning shift at Golden Rule BBQ in Northport when it was announced that the plane was heading to Tuscaloosa. The excitement in that restaurant was almost eery, very hard to describe it in words. Everybody felt like we had hit the jackpot by getting him and it turned out to be true...

I live in Tuscaloosa too. I was thinking, crap why couldn't the AD at FSU have packed a lunch like Coach Moore and parked in front of Coach Moore's car. Your right it was an eerie feeling, but I just had a gut feeling that college football was about to get real again in Tuscaloosa. I was right.

I know nothing about Saban or his thought. I sure know nothing about his or any other man's testicles. I know nothing about about the future. But I do know he owns the college football scene right now. He is the face of college football. Alabama and its football program is the standard others are measured by. I maybe a nutty, irritating NOLES fan(Go NOLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), but Saban and the BAMA program has been the standard almost his whole time at BAMA, barring his first year. Outstanding program and I really admire his abilities as a coach/CEO. HOWEVER, that "L" that the NOLES will give him on Sept. 2nd, 2017 won't hurt his legacy too bad. GO NOLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
