I heard tonight that UF is the now the only SEC school that has national championships in football, basketball, and now baseball. Not a gator fan at all but that was pretty neat to learn.

How many players can say My FIRST start pitching was in the college World Series and I won? All the base runner had to do was either grab the bag as he went by or go to the base standing up. So many errors and Florida left so many men on base. Glad SEC came home with championship though. I believe he started two games early in the season. At any rate, was the least experienced pitcher to start a game on either team. Took some coaching stones to put him out there but it paid off. Best call by far was to bring in game 3 starter to close out the game. Dr. B
