Either one of those guys would be a great choice. I can vouch for bwhunter as I know him personally. If you have any questions about the “neighborhood” the property is located in….let me know and I may be able to give you a better idea. I blood track for a lot of people in the area you’re looking. If I were looking for a piece of property around here then I’d pull up the soil maps and look at the ones located in the black belt soil areas. Frank Thomas has several properties for sale that you might want to check out….give him a call. There’s one he’s got for sale just outside of Pike Rd that may be one to look at. I've only rode by it a few times and seen it from the road but it falls within the prime soil area that I'm referring to.
