8 miles outside Greensboro. 150 Acres. Haven't gotten the new lease yet but it should be around $500 each. Must pay 1/3 of Electric bill (most of year a little over $13/month total) and purchase seed for fields (around $300). Must work at planting as well.
Pines have been thinned. We have 7 green fields. No turkey hunting.
