Baby back ribs smoked until fall off the bone
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

Be in NOLA working Sat and Sun. I'm sure a few oysters and cold ones will be consumed though.

Just curious what everyone is cooking this weekend...
I've got hanger steaks for Sunday and 2 butts and a 12lb brisket for Monday...still debating with myself, butts on top or brisket on top... I would recommend doing the butts on top of the briskets to let the brisket get basted with the drippings from the butts as they cook. Either way will be delicious

Nothing big. Just some fried deer cube steak, sweet corn on the cob, homemade mashed taters, mac & cheese, cornbread and blackberry cobbler.
