Picture? But might be early blight or nematoads and poor pollination due to the several days of rain. If you use tobacco might be TMV. I prune my tomatoes to keep all leaves away from the ground, and take off all but the first sucker to do a double stemmed plant. This allows for better airflow and more energy to go to fruits. Might be good to add epsom salt, fertilizer and prune as I said before. Good luck.
