I am looking to join a duck club in the delta MS or AR it doesn't really matter. A camp house would definitely be a plus.

DAX the good ones are going to be pretty much invites from guys you know already in the club when they lose a member. They very rarely take outsiders or folks they don't know.
and be careful about leasing from commercial entities in the Delta...very careful. good luck with it.

I was in a great club in Arkansas for a few years with a great friend who was really my mentor. He passed away and it just wasn't the same anymore but I hung in a couple more years before I got married and my dog got to old. I may not even go but a time or two but I have a young dog that I have a lot of time and money in and she needs to hunt. I think it is extremely important to get a young dog experience she'll be 18 months by duck season. I'm hoping to be that guy that fills a spot for a great club because I just don't have the time to chase down a good lease for myself anymore.

DAX, if you're only going a time or two, you might want to use the money you would pay on dues to book a couple nice weekend hunts.

The true mark of a man is not how he conducts himself during times of prosperity, but how he conducts himself during times of adversity.

DAX if you have land with turkeys, there is a fella on here that live in Arkansas who will do hunt swaps in folded green timber public and private lands for access to turkey hunt. I have done the hunt swap and had a great experience they are great fellas to boot. I'll see if I can find a link

Thanks guys. Yep I've done both pay hunts and trading out hunts to kill an old green head. I've enjoyed both but probably want do either again. I miss that duck club comradery that you get with a good group of guys. Hell that's more enjoyable then actually hunting to me.
