This is the first vehicle I've owned with leather seats. they are still in great shape, and I'd like to keep them that way. What, if anything, should I be using on them to keep them looking good. Also, these are the heated and cooled seats that blow cold air up yer butt, if that makes a difference...

I use Mothers leather conditioner about once a month, be warned for a day or so after you treat them they will be very slick...

1st thing- when you and or your wife/passenger exit the truck, don't use the seat like a slide at the local fun park. Step out of the truck.
2nd just drive the truck, leather seats seem to be more durable these days. Yeah I'm real careful about that but I have to fuss at MrsGomer Every. Single. Time.

Just a warm semi damp cloth to clean them and a good leather conditioner once every few months will keep most seats in good shape.

If you find something that works let me know. Try as I might, they always seem to develop cracks after about the fifth year of ownership.

I use Lexol cleaner and conditioner. Works great on real leather.
I also use it on boots and it will make an old dried our pair look like brand new.

My 2003 h2 factory leather lasted 3 yrs. Known issue. I wipe with mothers while filling up with gas.

I am in and out a lot and always wear out the leather on drivers door edge, and the heel of my boot wears a hole in the spot under the pedals.

Condition with pure emu oil. Nothing better. Period
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

I got neoprene seat covers...waders basically.
I also was reading about everyday household items to use for different things. They said use olive oil. I have not tried it. I bet your balls never stop sweating in the summer.

Reason I ask is that I never had a GM product, other than one Pontiac , that the leather seats didn't rip,, tear or crack. I wondered if other vehicles leather wore like GM vehicles do. I have a 2014 Z71 I bought new. I never slid out of the truck. Step on my step bar and out. My drivers seat is already showing signs of stress and I use leather care pretty often.

You supposed to do somdthing to them? That was my thought. My 2011 Silverado is starting to show some stressed places on the driver side. I figure duct tape will fix it when there's a hole finally there.

Well I aint got nothing new to drive but the 12 year old leather seats in my truck still look fine and I promise, you can't abuse them worse than mine have been abused. There is a great big hole on the edge of the drivers seat but that's not because I haven't taken care of them, that's because my fat butt has been climbing in and out of it for 11 years.
