Apparently they are trying to out ugly The Spaceship, as the locals call it, in Glendale. Not working. The Spaceship still wins.

Architects trying to prove their worth.
Yep. Same in Vegas with the Raiders' new stadium and LA with the Rams' stadium. Showplaces, sparked by JerryWorld to be bigger-better-badder. It's an NFL billionaire owners' pecker-measuring contest. And in 20ish years they'll start talking about how the stadium is outdated and they need to build a new one, then replace it with something else. Atlanta's stadium looks like a giant sphincter. Doraville was smart to turn down the offer to build it there. Along with the infrastructure nightmare and costs, the city would have been on the hook for years. The Braves' move to Cobb County will cost taxpayers there millions for years in added expenses like security-police that wasn't revealed during the secret negotiations. Cobb residents got screwed. Doraville's officials were pretty smart IMO.
