Got in trouble in his home town of Decatur a year or two back for the same thing. Dark window tint. Can't remember if he was packing then or not. Seems he might have had a docs excuse for the dark tint...
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...

The original house burned to the ground. They bull dozed the foundation, rebuilt a friggin mansion on a different spot. It is a lot more house than the one that burned.
