OK before I get all the nay sayers I got these decoys for a good deal and I want to know how you guys store them in the off season. I've read to keep them inflated and to deflate them. Which one do you guys do? I've read the horror stories of them not holding air, and I've read them where they are great and never own and other decoy again. So I was just curious if anyone has any how they store them. With or without air?

I keep mine inflated in the bag with the stick. Never have had a problem with them not holding air.

Why would you deflate?

I have them inflated now I just got them I was just curious if it would help or hurt either way. My plan is to leave them inflated.

I leave mine inflated all the time. I only use them a few times a year out west when we are hunting open terrain/fields. They seem to keep the turkeys calm with their realism.

I left my hen inflated and it never leaks down, it is not aired up tight but that's how it stays. I bought a jake this year and it won't hold air overnight. Over a few hours it is fine but it leaks. It's probably getting sent back.

mine are the same way Brandon. The hen will hold forever. But the jake will leak over the course of a few days.

I store mine at about 50% full, I hunt with them at only 75% full... to me when they come in close enough to touch or jump on the they feel more realistic to the gobbler... my Jake has about 20 BBs in him and he still holds air...

Dopes the rattle seem to draw them in like a bass on a rattle trap?

Of course maybe giving a little credit to jbc.

They look great, but I would be afraid that I might accidently shoot them and then they would never inflate again.
