Seems like when y'all are giving prices, y'all are excluding the fact that the landowners family is gonna be hunting as well. Not knowing them or how they hunt would dramatically lower the price.

University of Alabama's land in south Montgomery off 331 its 600 acres and it just went for $32 an acre SMDH.  I guess you know the folks that leased it? Dr. B

18k to hunt 600 acres is ridiculous. More money than sense. I dont see how you justify that. It is a lot. But still a lot cheaper than buying. With interest rates, that would be a big chunk of the payment though.
