Mrs. Irish cooked last night, and I just had a Tito's on the rocks with lime and club soda and watched her and listened to her talk.
Spinach and bacon salad made with organic greens, uncured, smoked bacon, grilled chicken, boiled eggs, carrots, tomatoes, purple onions and mozzarella cheese and drizzled with warm bacon, red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard dressing.
It was surprisingly filling and very tasty.
