I was doing pretty good but we had a little rice for supper. Had some with my chicken and salad. I'm full and happy now. 2,042 calories for the day. Carbs a little higher than I wanted due to the rice.

I've kept up with mine on the lose it app today and here's were I am.
Budget 2,028 calories Breakfast = 1 egg fried and 1 egg white fried in coconut oil. 1 turkey sausage patty. 1 yogurt 12 ounces coffee black 16 ounces water calories 345
Lunch = turkey breast, skim milk cheese stick, 1 tomato with avocado oil, 11 1/2 ounces V8 juice. 16 ounces water calories 392
snacks = trail bar, 2 bananas, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 serving of almonds calories 858 DAMNIT !!!
I can only eat 432 for supper! Right now I'm so hungry if I had some hot sauce I would eat a used bowling shoe ! Plus I have a slight withdrawal from bad carbs headache going on. Hate to break it to you, but without exercise, you will not loose any weight eating that many calaries. Scott I walk an average of 3 miles a day some time more with my job when in the field. Even though I was in the office today I still managed to get in a mile and a half. I like you lost seventy pounds three years ago eating around 2,000 calories a day plus exercise. I'll start to incorporate some running before the end of the week. I cooked pork chops, asparagus, zucchini, squash and corn on the egg tonight but only had one chop and no corn on the Cobb. So I'm content with my first day to get back on track. Good luck everyone!

I'm at about 1600 calories for the day and less than 60 carbs if my calculations are correct. For supper I had 3 baked, skinless, lemon/onion/turmeric drumsticks, 5 baby carrots, 1/2 peeled and sliced cucumber with a glass of 2% milk.
Went grocery shopping tonight and got cucumbers, honey dew mellon, broccoli, baby carrots, water and milk.

I had Mississippi Pot Roast hoagie sammich for supper, then finished it off with a Butterfinger desert that used ice cream sammiches for the crust.

The best advice I ever got on how to lose weight and not be miserable was from my doctor that is an old country boy and still practicing medicine at 75. He said if you can milk it, pick it, pull it, catch it and shoot it then eat it. Just don't fry it and be sensible about the amount you eat. This has been my approach in the past and it works. What I don't cook on the grill I cook in either olive, avacado or coconut oil. I've never been a big salt person or a fan of white sauces or salad dressings. Just oil and vinegar on a salad.

I eat all I can stand my fast metabolism just won't let me put on the pounds Give it a few dk. I gained 18# the last year or so after being the same weight for about 15 years. Now im trying to turn that weight into muscle and loose the fat. These bl's don't help you loose when you drink a couple daily and a couple dozen on the weekends though.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Get you a good whey protein and make a shake for breakfast. Optimum nutrition standard whey. 120 calories per scoop (depending on flavor) . 2 scoops and 1 cup of 1% or skim milk. Puts you under 350 calories for breakfast, and around 50 grams of protein which will keep you full for a while.

I can't stand the phone app. I'm glad it motivates some, just doesn't work for me.
I just try to stay hungry most of the time. Pop a few almonds and macadamia nuts during the day and then eat a sensible dinner.
Did hill intervals in the dark last night with my headlamp. Not in the challenge but I'm gonna drop a few lbs.

I'm at 1482 calories for the day. Carbs at 80 due to ranch dressing.
Gonna have a little cheese and a few nuts later on, should be under 1700.
Headache already due to lack of sugar and not enough healthy fats. But day 1 has been good. Thats a lot of carbs from Ranch, is it Fat Free Ranch ? If so trash it and get regular Ranch Dressing.
"Cull" is just another four letter word...

Optimum nutrition is expensive, but its one of the best ive tried. I usually buy double rich chocolate, but this time i ordered cookies and cream. Both are damn good. Ive been doing this for a few weeks now, and i can feel the difference at the end of the day.
