Are they worth the 1300 price tag? Anybody got one? How do you like it?

central ala,
257 bought a pull behind a year or two ago. Heavy duty but don't remember the brand. He could answer some questions on them. I know I like the concept but no more than I use one, can't justify the expense.

iirc, the abby unit used a lil thicker gauge material (more durable), but both are well built units

experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

Anything tufline makes is good as well. The Abby mfg unit ran nearly half what the tufline did

I've got a stainless steel Tufline. I bought it last summer. So far, I really like it. Any co-op should be able to get you one.

I emailed abbey mfg last week and they said they are not going to make them any more.

The folks at Darrell harp are importing the Italian made cosmo and putting their label on it. Called power line $800. It has the right wheelbase on it.

Abbey is totally across the state from me. I like the powerline cosmo so far.

Replacement parts for this unit look to be available too.

Let me check tomorrow and see what I can get. Just found out last week that one of my suppliers sells all sorts of stuff like this. 4 wheeler sprayers, seeders, etc... I already know I can sell sprayers cheaper than most places and I can get 12 volt pumps up to 7 gallons per minute. I got 10 last week, we're using them on semi trailers for disinfectant.

Don't know about a pull behind or if it would matter but I have a plastic 3pt spreader now. I got it for corrosion resistance but have found the lighter weight a godsend since I do everything by myself. Put 3 tons of lime through it 2 days ago, really too much weight each time I filled it, no problem.

Got off the phone with Abby mfg and they are not going to make any more. However they have parts in inventory they are going use to assemble all they can and sell. Might be an opportunity to get a good deal.
