I used to work for a company that had a lawsuit filed against them for fair labor acts reasons and the guy who filed the case ending up winning. Now that company has left Thomasville but still has its corporate office in Illinois. I was in on the payout and the company uses adp payroll service, I see the money has been sent to adp on April 14 as a statement on my account but no money has been deposited into my checking account, nor have I received a check. Anyone have any idea how they may pay in a situation like this?
