Are you guys that are saying you've never had one, never had a pickled QUAIL egg, or never had a pickled egg of any sort, period?

Not quail eggs, but homemade home grown pickled chicken eggs that I'm about to open. Me and the wife are going to Fayette Al. tomorrow morning. She don't cuss, but I'll bet she will want to on the ride over. I may even lock the window controls.

I looked on the Black Creek website and they don't ship at this time, and if they did a 3 case minimum order is needed. No price given.

She gave me the look when she saw the jar opened. Nothing like the looks I will likely get tomorrow though.

A hundred dollars a gallon for Cajun flavor. That's 200 quail eggs. Can you imagine trying to peel that many to make a gallon?

I need to start boiling my bantam chicken eggs and putting them in a jar, they aren't much bigger than those quail eggs. Getting the right mix of spices would take a little adjusting.
