I talked to our club president, and we have a few openings this upcoming year. A few guys are not returning due to not having the time to hunt this past year and others that are not returning due to financial reasons. First off, this club is not for everyone. We do not allow alcohol and ask people to watch their language since some of us bring our kids hunting with us. The club is 6-point or better unless the hunter is under 16 and it is their first deer. We have around 2400 acres with somewhere around 20 greenfields. I have not actually counted them. I took 5 of my kids hunting this year, and they all saw deer. Only 1 was able to close the deal. I did not see many bucks, but I was focused on getting my kids to see deer. I did have a few bucks on camera. This is not a "trophy" club by any means, but it is a solid club where I am comfortable taking my kids to see some deer and have fun. There is a campground with water and power. There is an old camphouse with bunks, but not likely a place you would want to sleep in. Mostly used for signing in and a place to gather when it rains. I know that there is one camper for sale at the moment.
Dues are $625/year and includes deer and turkey. I have not gotten a chance to turkey hunt, but I have had a few hens and one gobbler on game camera.
