Was that made with the leftovers from your grilled backstrap? The meat appears to be cooked in the first pic.

Was that made with the leftovers from your grilled backstrap? The meat appears to be cooked in the first pic. I used the other half of that backstrap, but not pre-cooked. It had been on the griddle for a bit before I took the picture and already turned once.

I may have to try that. It looks easy and delicious. If you're new to the ceramic grill world, you'll love it. I can already tell you're digging it. There are lots of good grills out there but only the ceramic designs seem to be great at searing and smoking and everything in between.

Very easy & very good...sliced the raw backstrap with a filet knife..just seasoned with salt & pepper while cooking it...provolone cheese. Yep, new to ceramic...3 weeks & loving it.
