We went and sit on a rd that had a few hen tracks on it this afternoon. We didn't see anything so we head back to camp. As we exit the woods and come around a curve in a rd we see a turkey in the rd walking. It ended up being a hen and it was about 75yds outside the camp yard. We covered miles and miles of this place the past 4 days and the only turkey we see when we are hunting is at the camp. Never heard one gobble this trip. Gonna listen in the morning. If none gobble we are gonna be heading west early.
It's hard to kiss the lips at night that chews your a$$ all day long.
