Anyone willing to share some pointers with me regarding the process of milling an 80% lower receiver? If not in the public forum, then maybe via PM or even text?

I want to get into building, and think I'd enjoy doing as much work as possible.

I'm interested as well. I have 3 80% that I haven't done anything with yet.

We've cut several at work. Takes about 2 mins to program on mazatrol.

I completed one with the help of an old friend from back home.

If your doing it at home get a good jig and go slow. I've completed several with Modulus Arms jig and Dewalt trim router. Just take your time and pay attention.

My son has built some with a drill press using end mills and a vice.
