I leased 3,400 contiguous acres in Bates County, MO. Large blocks like this are almost unheard of in the midwest. It is an ideal setup. Purchased in 2015 by a farmer who does not hunt. Has not been hunted since 2015. The working farm gets closely watched 24/7. Excellent fertile soils. Landscape is a mix of soybean/corn, CRP, timber, creeks and ponds. Excellent genetics. Neighboring farms produced a 190-class and a 220-class buck in the past year. Limited to six total members at $4K each. Four slots already filled. Only two openings. Dues cover deer and turkey hunting rights, lease, insurance, mineral sites, and winter food plots.
