One of the electric pressure cooker thingies. Anybody using one? We have used ours for mostly whole chickens but tonight I cooked a pot of dried butter beans. One hour 10 mins start to finish. No soaking.

I have one and love it. I've used mine for everything ranging from soup, risotto, chicken, country style ribs, beans, cabbage, etc.
For a quick simple meal, I'll just chunk up some chicken breasts, chop an onion and cabbage, throw it all in there, season, and let it go for 15 mins or so.
