Yes. I would put some Nitrogen as well. People get all caught up in clover and other legumes producing their own nitrogen. They do, but they don't start as soon as they germinate. They need some N to get started and start producing their own N about the time they start blooming. To stay ahead of deer browse, I'd put a decent amount of N per acre. 20-30 lbs of N, which would be in the 75'ish pound range of 33-0-0.
