Pulled pork, potatoes, onions, jalapenos, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cumin. Fry up the potatoes in some oil, salt and pepper to taste, add onions, and jalapenos and seasonings, and cook for a little in the cast iron skilled, add pulled pork and cook for a little more until it gets a little crustiness. Fry some eggs and toast some bread, serve the eggs over the top and have a beer... Good comfort food tonight.
