That's what you have to do. Take a tip of nose to corner of eye measurement before caping, then cape the deer head and after caping, get a circumference measurement at the small of the neck right below the ears and another circumference measurement from the same point on the front of the neck and 2 to 3 inches further down on the back of the neck. There are YouTube videos you can watch.

I didn't think Alabama had a reg on this unless maybe from a known EHD/CWD state.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
