I plowed them and racked as much dirt as possible around the plant. Was glad to get it done before the rain tomorrow. I've never done this before so I hope I didn't hurt them by doing this.

Sho nuff does look good. If you fertilized those heavily, you'll have lots and lots of potatoes.
