My ex used to work for the State of Arkansas in the WIC program. She said a young girl came in with her Momma one day. Little girl's name was pronounced u REEN e. It was spelled Urine.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I have seen La miracle, Da miracle, twins named Aquafina and dasani, and non smoking ( pronounced non smo king).
Plenty more odd ones

So far in fostering we're 13 for 13 on black kids. We've seen some interesting names come across. We are in for 4 kids fostered and all were white. The weirdest name was Amethyst.
