I'm looking for a 2 or 3 row planter in good condition. I thought I would check here to see if any of y'all had good deal on one or know of one for sale.
I would like a JD 71 or a 7000 series planter preferably.

I have a 6 row 30" 7000. You could cut it down and have some extra parts. It has row cleaners, no till coulters, seed firmers, monitor, corn and soybean meters, and 3 bushel hoppers. . Pull type or 3pt any fertilizer?

I have a Ford 309 two row, that'll take $500 for. That's firm. I've used for several years. It has dry fertilizer box, but the agitators are rusted out. It's been welded on and cut on, it's by no means like new. But, it plants a pretty stand. I have a few different plates for it. Only reason I'm not using it now, is I bought an Allis Chalmers 4 row worth the money. I'm not actively trying to sell it, it makes a good back up. But, if you want to look at it for $500 your welcome to. It's located in Ashville, Al. About 40 minutes north of Birmingham on 59.
