I'm sure this might catch some flak but LDS in general are good people and better neighbors.

When a huge brush fire swept through the community I grew up in the LDS were the first on scene helping.

They might have some odd beliefs but in terms of people I view most in very good light.

Mormons don't play when it comes to being prepared for bad situations. Mormon guy I work with is pretty unassuming and not what you would think of as the prepper type but he is ready for WWIII if fit hits the shan.

Growing up in AZ, I was exposed to a lot of them as classmates, friends and neighbors. While their religion gets some very key points wrong, it is not because they are not moral people strong in their beliefs, as wrong as they are. If good deeds and behavior got you to heaven, they would be shoe ins. Unfortunately for them that isn't how it works.
