Find someone near you who raises rabbits, pick up 2 feed sacks full of rabbit manure. Dump them into a 55 gal drum, if you have a compost pile, take some well composted material from it and put it in the drum until it's about 3/4 full. Put as big an airstone as whatever aerator pump you have will handle and work it down to the bottom of the drum (or place the airstone first, before you add anything else). Fill the drum the rest of the way with water and turn on the aerator. Whenever you're going to use small amounts of the tea, turn the pump off and let the solids settle out, then dip the tea into a bucket to use. You can "top off" the water for a little bit, but obviously you'll begin to notice a lightening of the tea as it's effectiveness is diluted. When you change it out, pour what's in the bottom of the drum into your compost pile, as organic filler.

Before planting them, last year, I removed half the soil from my raised beds, then replaced it with a layer of uncomposted leaves underneath composted and uncomposted rabbit manure. I went down the store and bought a couple boxes of wigglers or redworms, and put a box in each bed. Right before I came back to work last week, 'Huntress and I pulled all the volunteer growth out of the beds and I turned them over with a shovel. There were worms in there the size of pencils, and I mean a BUNCH of 'em, too!

Didn't do any tea or castings but I actually ordered 4200 red worms to put in my raised beds. They do an amazing job at helping keep the soil loose and never bother the plants.
Since I have chickens, I try to use composted chicken poop. However, chicken poop is so hot you have to insure it has sufficiently broken down and composted before adding.
Other than that, I try to use as much from the yard/house as possible: egg shells, coffee grounds, grass clippings and the like.
In addition, i also use liquid fertilizer.
Be kind to one another and tell the ones you love that you love them often. We never know what tomorrow will bring.

That's what I like about using the rabbit manure...you can use it "straight from the factory", if you will, without a cooling off period!
