They both shoot 223 and 556 im just trying to figure out the load data. Because i have a 223 load data and a service rifle load data

They both shoot 223 and 556 You missed the question. What is your barrel stamped/chambered for? .223 or 5.56? 5.56 is a much higher pressure round than .223 therefore it's much safer and acceptable to load/shoot .223 in a barrel chambered for 5.56 than the other way around. Once you determine this you should load accordingly.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Try 25.0 - 25.6 (Max) gr of either H335 or TAC with 55 gr bullets. CCI 450 primers. Gets 2800 - 2850 in my 16" Sig Sauer 516.
