curious, what is diet cheese? So will low carb. Started that mid January and have lost 35 pounds. Gotta watch things tho, there are hidden carbs in alot of food.

Looks good and healthy but diet cheese!? My dad needed to lose weight and he lost a lot by walking and eating healthy, but what thing that you still gotta do when eating healthy, is eating a reasonable portion. If it's healthy food but you eat 5 meals worth in one sitting, it's not gonna help. Not saying you are, just a tip for people wanting to lose weight!
