Good eating but country style ribs are just sliced butt,not ribs at all,if it matters,which it really doesn't especially since pork butt is really shoulder anyway.

Damn, that looks good. I cant wait to get back to the Lake this weekend and pull the cover off the BGE. I dont have one at home and I have been having withdrawals since October. I may have to get me some of those country style ribs for the weekend.
