Lunch today...baby back ribs rubbed with my own special dry rub with a dollop of pure cane syrup on top, sweet corn from the freezer, rattlesnake green beans from the freezer with chopped hog jowl and sweet onion.

Boneless pork chop smothered in caramelized onions cooked in diced bacon with spices, diced russet potatoes with salt & pepper lightly fried in EVOO, sesame four cheese toast served with a side of spiced Chilton County peaches put up last summer...yummmmm

Brussels sprouts braised in the fat of two slices of diced bacon and two tablespoons of butter with salt and pepper to taste, whole free range Chicken baked and packed with a stick of butter & topped with fresh chopped parsley & green onion from the garden, salt, cracked black pepper and a crescent roll..that's what's fer supper.

Wild caught Alaskan Silver Salmon covered with local honey, red pepper flakes and a dash of Worcestershire sauce, homemade 5 cheese mac and cheese and a beautiful artichoke with homemade Hollandaise Sauce [butter, egg yolks and lemon juice]...full as a tick!
