Whew that narrows it down immensely! That's kinda what I thought too but if you lost something that specific I'm pretty sure he gave you enough info. There can't be that many people losing tungsten grinders in the road every night

If you lost it you would know what county and a general area it may have fell off your vehicle. This isn't a normal every day tool unless you are a tig welder True, but knowing the general area it was found would help in sharing the information with people who are not on this board.
