I've been told there's more to this story. He's not as bad as it seems. I judged quick too but it seems I shouldn't have.

Here's the story and I ain't making excuses for the seller.

I bought the binos. The seller is an older gentleman and I'm not sure he is 100% familiar on how forums work. Yes he should have stuck with the original price he posted, but he didn't. Bibb county and I were in contact the whole time since he was the first that said he wanted them and I was second. Bibb bowed out due to the pricing issue. I pressed forward hoping they were the Hd model. I made a deal with the seller and upon inspection, I bought them. I contacted Bibb county and offered them to him for the exact amount I paid for them. They were as described and snakeoil is a good guy.

That is horse shot.

You don't need to know how the forum works in order to honor a price listed.

No hard feelings from me at all , I already own the exact same pair just was looking for a deal as a bunch of my friends have made over mine and I was sure they would like to have them. After talking to extreme heights on the phone , I would agree with his assessment of the situation. No big deal here .

Too all the naysayers, I absolve all of you of my absolute folly...When I listed them , I thought the Binos were the cheaper model...If I wanted to screw anyone, its easy... I could have said they were sold...period...I did honor my sale...you winers wanted something for nothing.. The man I sold them too, was a gentleman..I could have sold them to another person closer to my home....but I honored my commitment..waited 4 hrs later to do it...so,you can ride the rocket to nowhere good luck, and please don't answer any of my post....what a bunch of losers! I do apologize to the many good members on this forum...

I received to sets of binos for Christmas presents....one was a Meopta , and the other was a Leica!.. I opted to keep the Leica's...again I apologize for the confusion...I will never ever sell any thing on this forum again.

I,m glad EHH got a good deal...I'm currently building a portable cutover hunting stand,and a ez hitch deer loader....the stand is for head high plantations where the deer walk during the day...coming soon!

Why want this thread go away ! Mr. Snake oil , I understand that you an older gentleman and might not be very tech savvy , but had Others not made over the deal I was getting on these binos and you deciding you had priced them poorly given all the interest. I would own them right now for $500. You got a pair of leicas and these for Christmas and don't know the value of them , give me a break. With that being said the rules are if you sell something because somebody on this forum saw it you send %3 percent to the aldeer PayPal account , I believe that money eventually goes to buy toys for children . I think has this point you have no clue how to behave on here or how any of this works and you should just hit the road and never come back. Now your just being a smart ass!
