I am curious as to why only one of the rules is a "must".
Shouldn't it be understood that all of the rules have to be followed?

The hog rule ought to read:
If a member is on a deer hunt and he/she sees a hog, the deer hunt just became a hog hunt. Members who intentionally allow a hog to walk will be subject to a fine.
There are 3 certainties in an uncertain world:
1. All Politicians Are Liars
2. All Gun Laws Are an Infringement
3. Taxation Is Theft

Treating hogs like a game animal is a huge mistake IMO and this rule sounds like theyre doing just that
