You've got 2 separate leads here.
Stevie Gover works for the MC Dixon Lumber Company and that is Bob Dixon Jr. That is Mike's nephew. They have land. That is a separate deal.
What's confusing is Mike's son died of cancer. That was Mike Jr. (Pine 1) and he use to handle the leases.
