Currently I hunt squirrels with my Female Red Tail hawk. I am looking for some private property to hunt squirrels, public land can be too risky with other hunters around, some who will easily shoot a hawk. I am willing to travel about an hour away but the closer to Auburn the better. I would love for land owners to tag along to get a better understanding of the sport. I have semi open hardwood bottoms with some underbrush, there are no open fields larger than a 1/4 acre. I would be very open to witnessing this. When I worked down in Mexico, there was a Mexican Marine who worked at the airport; he had a hawk that he'd send out occasionally over the airfield to keep other birds run off, to minimize bird strikes by the aircraft moving in and out. Well behaved women never make history.~ Out back Quit laughing...I think I broke something. Fifteen is my limit on Schnitzen-Gruben, Baby... I have OCD and ADD, so everything has to be perfect, but only for a minute.
